Moderate overnight trek in the heart of Nui Chua National Park
Spend a night deep inside Nui Chua National Park on this overnight trek to our jungle base camp. After a moderate 4,5 km hike through three distinct forest types, you’ll sleep in a hammock under the canopy, wake to a morning swim in the jungle’s freshwater streams, and learn about Raglai culture from guides native to these mountains — all within this UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Day 1 - To the heart of the jungle
Walk : 3h30 – 4.5km uphill
Arrival to Vinh Hy and transfert to Cau Gay village, gateway to the Nui Chua National Park.
Freshen up and breakfast. Our tour-guide will check everybody’s material.
Begin your journey to the heart of the jungle. You will pass through 3 different types of forest before reaching the destination.
Break at a waterfall with some fresh fruits from local farms. Possibility to take a swim and pictures.
Get back on the trail as the jungle gets thicker, you will slowly feel its spirit.
Arrival to the campsite on the banks of a refreshing stream and a natural swimming pool.
Lunch at the campsite.
Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the pool and disconnect from your everyday life in this incredible natural environment. Tea and coffee will be served all afternoon.
For the more adventurous, jungle walk following the river all the way to a field of rocks, sceneries from another world.
BBQ dinner in the middle of the jungle as birds go to sleep and fireflies awake.
Night in a hammock in the jungle, once in a lifetime experience.
Day 2 – Back to reality
Walk 2h30 – 4.5km downhill
Wake up in the middle of the jungle and enjoy breakfast.
As the tour-guides clean up the campsite, morning swim in the fresh waters to start the day.
Walk down the mountain passing by areas where Raglai people used to settle, now filled with Rose Myrtle bushes all the way back to Vinh Hy.
Arrival to Vinh Hy and shower.
Lunch at Doai vegetarian restaurant and end of the tour.
